- We are not responsible for any damages that may occur while using any of our products.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Refunds can only be made within 14 days of purchase.
- All products carry a 30 day warrantee unless otherwise stated.
- A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returned merchandise that is not defective or is not returned in mint condition including original packaging (applies only to items that come in a display or protective box).
- The customer is responsible for shipping any defective merchandise back to us for testing and replacement. Once our testing is completed and we have officially declared the item defective we will then issue a replacement.
- If the item sent back for testing is not defective, we may apply a $5 Testing Fee. This applies mainly to returned orders.
- All defective merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase with apropiated RMA number.
- All returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
- We expect the customer to fully test the product within 14 days of receiving the item(s). No exceptions.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
